A safe space stays safe when we care for it together. 

1. Substance-Free Wellness Policy

MyBunkstay is a strictly substance-free retreat.
To protect the healing environment for all guests, alcohol, drugs, intoxicants, or any prohibited substances that are included in the Narcotics Drugs and Phototropic Substances (NDPS) Act, are not allowed anywhere on the property.
We follow a zero-tolerance policy.
If any guest brings, uses, or possesses any such substances, they shall be asked to leave the retreat immediately, without any refund and legal authorities will be informed if necessary.

2. Respectful Conduct Policy

MyBunkstay is a shared healing space.
We ask all guests to be respectful, gentle, and mindful towards fellow participants and staff.
Harassment, aggression, verbal abuse, or behavior that disturbs the emotional safety of the group will not be tolerated.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

What guests share during healing sessions, activities, or conversations stays private.
Everyone deserves a space where they can speak freely without fear of judgment or gossip.

4. Safety & Emergency Rules

For everyone’s well-being:
Follow facilitator and staff instructions during all activities.
Pool use, physical activities, and games must be done with supervision and care.
Any health condition should be communicated to our team beforehand.

5. Responsible Use of Facilities

Please treat the villa, rooms, amenities, and nature with care.
Damages due to negligence may incur additional charges.

6. No Loud Music or Disturbances

MyBunkstay is designed for peace, grounding, and inner rest.
Loud music, parties, or disruptive noise are not permitted.

7. Photography & Consent

To respect privacy, please seek permission before photographing or recording other guests.

8. Check-In, Check-Out & Retreat Timings

Guests are requested to follow the retreat schedule and mealtime hours to maintain harmony and flow for everyone.
